Starters include Miso Caramelized Eggplant, Tuna Truffle Ceviche, or Seaweed Salad. Followed by Mains featuring Corn-Fed Baby Chicken with Truffle Teriyaki Sauce, Grilled Sea Bass with Shimeji Mushrooms or Coriander, and Shrimps Fried Rice. Ending it with a Cheesecake Brûlée and Mandarin Sorbet or Red Fruits Sea Salt Shortbread.
