The excellent spa is one of the city’s very best. It’s inspired by Moroccan architecture, with intricate arabesques, hanging iron lanterns, and large leafy plants dotted about. Moroccan traditions feature throughout the treatment menu. The hammam suite is gorgeous, a vast emporium where you’ll enjoy a full-body ghassoul clay mask, a purifying ritual with Moroccan black soap, a body scrub with an exfoliating mitt, and a full-body massage with argan oil. Treatment rooms are individually decorated (think minimalist wood-paneled interiors in the Swedish Room, a bamboo hut in the Bali Room, and botanical art and horse figurines in the Chinese Room). The large fitness center is also excellent, fitted with Technogym equipment, and there’s a yoga studio.
