Beau Champ

An experience to remeber

Bambou, located by the resort’s main pool, serves lunch and dinner and offers a decent range of international cuisine around the world with authentic Mauritian, Indian, and Chinese spices. The restaurant comes up with different dinner theme buffets every day, including Zilwa Night (Mauritius cuisine), African night, and Seafood night. On sheltered Bambou beach, Pan-Asian Bambou serves a late lunch (with sushi and teppanyaki counters) beside the infinity pools and a Mauritian dinner. The beach also hosts sega shows, and each November, Star Chef, with alfresco dinners from Michelin-starred chefs. For casual all-day dining, thatched-roof restaurant Bambou will satisfy. Nestled along the beach, the open-air dining room offers morning favorites for breakfast, Mediterranean dishes for lunch and Mauritian cuisine for dinner. Among Bambou’s themed evenings, Zilwa night is not to be missed. The buffet features iconic Mauritian dishes such as savory duck salami with sweet taro fritters and garden vegetables.

Elviras’s tip: try the Greek salad and the grilled calamari.
